Guild Status Event v4

Since we have so many players who gain Status Points, it would be very time consuming to build a list of members who gained SP so far and there would be only a part of them interested in participating in the weekly guild status event.

This weekend we are going to try something different:

To participate, you need to sign up (at any stage, we have seen people winning the prize in one day). To sign up, post your ingame toon name that you wish to sign up along with current SP (to check your Guild SP, press "U" and find yourself on the member list).

If for any reason you don't want to create an account on the forums you can ask others to post your entry for you, i'm sure most officers will be glad to help but any member can do that for you.

Then your current SP will have to be verified by an officer to avoid "smart" people who would like to lower their starting SP number to have it counted towards the final score. Names posted by officers will be automaticaly considered as verified.

At that point your entry is valid. The event will end at 8pm UK time, only Guild SP gained on top of your starting SP will count.

Tiers:

Tier 1: lvl1 - lvl15
Tier 2: lvl16 - lvl30
Tier 3: lvl31 - lvl45
Tier 4: lvl46 - lvl60
Tier 5: lvl61 and above

Prizes:

Tier 1: 10g
Tier 2: 25g
Tier 3: 50g
Tier 4: 75g
Tier 5: 1p

If your subscription is bronze or silver and your toon is full of gold and won't be able to hold the prize, you can either designate another toon of yours to claim it or choose any item from brooker up to the value of your winning. This will have to be communicated to me via forums or in game, if the winners will not tell me they can't hold the prize beforehand, it will be mailed to them using ingame mail system. Even then, the prize will stay in their mailboxes for 30 days if unclaimed.

To gain Guild SP you can sell Status Items above lvl38, do writs (city tasks), crafting writs or heritage quests.

Have lots of fun gaining the SP and spending the prizes. SP you accumulate on your character can be spent to purchase house decorations, mounts, appearance items and many more or donated to the Guild Hall to help out with the upkeep and amenities cost.

I'm entering my one time alt, though now seemed to turn main toon Lyaria who currently has 20,141 guild status and I would like to enter Bohica too who's guild status is currently 17,210. Thanks!!

Since there was barely any interest in this weekend's event, all 3 contenders win the main prize of 1 platinum per person, i will mail the prizes now.

Next weeked we'll try to come up with something more interesting.
