There are some great tradeskill quests for tier 2,3,4 that lets you buy advanced crafter books from a merchant for the same tier the quest is for. They start in Halas (2), Butcherblock(3) and Steamfont(4). In BB you get a horse with harversting ability modifiers. Really nice.
